Ph.D. student Melike Akay has been selected as a recipient of the 2026 Graduate Student Award from the American Association for Applied Linguistics (AAAL). This prestigious award honors the best graduate student paper proposals submitted to the international AAAL Annual Conference. The conference will be held in Chicago this year.
