Thomas Baugher is a faculty member with a multidisciplinary background in law, business, and behavioral science. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he graduated with a perfect GPA and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida. His academic foundation began with a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University.
Baugher brings extensive professional experience to his role, having served in legal and investigative capacities at institutions including the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and several law firms such as Cozen & O'Connor and Foley & Wilson. His expertise spans fraud examination, anti-money laundering, and legal ethics.
He is a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, and an Emergency Medical Technician. His research and writing have been featured in publications such as FRAUD Magazine, the Journal of Arson Investigation, and the International Journal of Intelligence and Counterintelligence, covering topics from corporate fraud to counterintelligence ethics.
