Jacob Gray, PhD is an Assistant Research Professor at the USF Rightpath Research and Innovation Center, where he specializes in educational data analysis, psychometrics, and statistical modeling. He holds a doctorate in Social/Personality Psychology with a minor in Quantitative Psychology from UC Riverside and has served in research and data science roles across academia and applied settings. His work spans early literacy, reading and math assessment, and educational achievemt with over a dozen peer-reviewed publications and numerous technical reports.

Dr. Gray also serves as a statistician or data analyst on federally and state-funded education projects and has previously mentored emerging data scientists through Posit Academy.
