Curriculum Vitae

Carl began the Criminology Ph.D. program in Fall of 2021 after completing his M.A. in Criminology from the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ and B.S. in Criminal Justice from Bethune Cookman University. Carl is actively studying racial disparities in the CJS, communities and crime, criminal justice policy, and causal quantitative methods.
