Orientation Steps

Step 1: Make Your Reservation

Orientation reservations are first come, first serve. You will see all dates in the system that are available to you. Orientation reservations for students starting in Summer and Fall 2026 will open on February 23.

Step 2: Complete Academic Program Requirements

Check your USF email and complete the academic program requirements for your respective academic college. Please note: In some cases, this can be completed after the in-person Orientation session.

Step 3: Attend Orientation Session (In-Person or Virtual)

See you on campus for the in-person or virtual USF Orientation session you reserved. Be sure to download your USF Orientation E-Confirmation and keep an eye on your USF email for important reminders and virtual or in-person Orientation detials. 

*Note: Students born on or before 12/31/2000 are eligible for the Transfer virtual orientation sessions.  Please login to reserve your Orientation date and determine what dates are available to you.
