With the approval and support of the Provost, we are shifting the Undergraduate Catalog cycle. Because of the way students will begin registering from Degree Works plan in Banner Self-Service 9, all curricular changes and additions need to be approved and built in our internal systems before Fall registration. Further, we have new Gen Ed approval requirements that necessitate having all general education courses approved by our General Education Council much earlier than before. Therefore, catalog cycles need to be an entire academic year ahead of their implementation.
Curriculog will open again in August 2025 to start accepting proposals for 2027-2028.
GENERAL EDUCATION UPDATE: Curriculog proposals for general education will be accepted for the 2026-2027 catalog through June 13, 2025. These will include proposals for new courses and course changes, the latter to be used solely for adding general education components to existing USF courses.
